The villas are connected by a pleasant shopping street with bars and restaurants, culminating in a lagoon and lush Mediterranean vegetation.

All apartments are air conditioned and include a balcony and an equipped kitchen with a dining area. Some apartments have a sea view, some a shopping street. A private beach, a small marina, a children’s playground and a mini club are just a few steps away. Wi-Fi internet connection is possible in the apartments free of charge.

For a small fee, breakfast and dinner for the Vila Barka Apartments are available at the Histrion Hotel, which also offers direct access to the Termaris Marine Water Park and the Benedicta Wellness. There is also a pool bar with a wide range of refreshing drinks.
Termaris Bernardin Marine Park in Portorož is the largest swimming pool complex with heated sea water on the Slovenian coast. In the renovated sea water pool complex - Sea Park Termaris - a part intended for pampering and relaxation and a part intended for fun activities on the water are spread over 2400 m2. Termaris Bernardin is located inside the Histrion Hotel and is connected to the beachfront terrace in summer. Experience new content in St. Bernardin Resort.
The beach is open in the summer season. Beach access is free of charge for guests of Hotel Histrion, Hotel Vile Park and Vila Barka apartments. By the pool, there is a hotel bar offering a wide selection of refreshments and a newly installed playground for children.
