Discounts
Daily rent price for 4 persons, additional bed 10€/day
- 1 child that sleep with parents (up to 3y) is free of charge
- Our Laguna discount card -3% or 7 nights rent: 10% season 1,2,3 and 5% season 4
Mandatory additional payments
- tourist tax 2,50€ per person/day, children 7-18years 50%
- registration fee 4,88€/person
- final cleaning 50€
Terms of payment
After confirmed reservation we are sending you request for 30% of pre-payment ( in case of a shorter period is min payment request 2 nights rent)
For early reservation we are offering possibility of monthly partial payments / via credit card or bank transfer
On arrival day you will pay the rest of the rent together with the tourist tax and registration fee.
Cash payment in € or with cards (Maestro, Mastercard in Visa)
