Apartment Typ C6
Type C6: living room with kitchenette, dining area and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with double bed or twin beds, bathroom with shower and balcony.

Daily rental of the apartment, electricity, water and gas, bed linen and 1 parking space
At reception on the day of arrival:
◦ Final cleaning: 40 € / apartment
◦ Tourist tax 0,70€/person/night for all persons over 12 years, charged for the first 10 nights
◦ Deposit at reception on the day of arrival 100€ (young people 500€-800€) as a security deposit, refundable on the last day
Must be booked at the time of reservation:
◦ Baby cot up to 2 years 4€/day
◦ For an extra charge basic WI-FI connection available 4€/connection/day
◦ Towel set 12€ - 3 pieces; large, medium, small (to be announced at the latest 7 days prior to arrival and subject to availability)
◦ Pet up to 20kg - 10€/day
◦ Short stay 110 €/booking
From 25.06. to 13.09.2025 the minimum stay is 7 nights, changing on Sundays. Shorter stays are known 1 month before arrival, subject to availability, and priced individually.
A minimum stay of 3 nights is possible during the dates:
- between 12.04. and 28.05.2025 (departure)
- between 13.09. and 27.09.2025 (departure)
A minimum stay of 4 nights is possible in the following dates:
- between 26.05. and 07.06.2025 (departure)
- between 09.06. and 28.06.2025 (departure)
Short stay supplements are € 110/booking (payable at reception)
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you an offer for a deposit of 30%, the balance to be paid by the time of departure.
If your booking is confirmed early enough, you can also choose to pay in instalments - we will fill in the receipts or send you a form for monthly payment by credit card.
