All apartments are  equipped with: induction hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, cutlery and plates for 4 people, coffee machine Dolcegusto, water heater, air conditioning for all rooms, electric radiator in the bathroom, LED TV, hair dryer hair, bed linen and towels. All apartments with terrace or balcony.

Accommodation price includes the consumption of electricity, water and the use of bed linen, which is changed once a week. Towels are changed 2 times a week. Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments. The username and password appear to guests when the TV is switched on.

Small apartments (studio) have 28 m2 and consist of a living room with 3 or 4 beds, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower.

Large apartments have 42 m2 and consist of a living room with 3 or 4 beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower.

The beach is intended for guests of the hotel, the apartments and Vila Maia, as well as external guests. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for a fee. The outdoor pool area consists of a large swimming pool and a small children’s pool. The indoor swimming pool with two smaller ones and a children’s pool are located in the Hotel Salinera. The complex also has saunas, a pool with cold water and a resting area with loungers.
