The Vila has 9 apartments with 3 stars. They are ideal for families with children who enjoy holidays in attractive residential environments. Vila Maia consists of apartments of two sizes: small and large. Small apartments can accommodate up to 6 people, and the large ones accommodate up to 8.  Vila Maia is situated in the immediate vicinity of the sea, and is just 150 meters away from Hotel Salinera. It is surrounded with lush Mediterranean vegetation. Vila Maia features spacious modernly furnished apartments.

All apartments at Vila Maia are equipped with air conditioning, a kitchen stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, dishes, cable TV, a telephone and a hairdryer. Small apartments have 52 m2 and consist of a living room and a bedroom, with 4 main and 4 additional beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchenette, a terrace or a balcony. Large apartments have 62 m2 and consist of a living room and a bedroom, with 6 main and 2 additional beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchenette, a terrace or a balcony.
The beach is intended for guests of the hotel, the apartments and Vila Maia, as well as external guests. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for a fee. The outdoor pool area consists of a large swimming pool and a small children’s pool. The indoor swimming pool with two smaller ones and a children’s pool are located in the Hotel Salinera. The complex also has saunas, a pool with cold water and a resting area with loungers.
Salinera Bioenergy Resort is surrounded by the color green. This color enhances mental dynamics, enhances emotional intelligence and symbolizes the awakening. In the midst of nature, among pine trees, Mediterranean plants and grass, 12 energy points are located.
