We are a small family-owned business that was founded in 1997. My partner and I have always been dedicated to our work. Our motto has always been and remains: to provide services honestly and transparently, to perform high-quality work in the field, to be a reliable business partner to both landlords and companies, and to advise clients to the best of our ability. And above all: to show photos exactly as they are! We don’t edit photos—on the contrary, apartment owners often update, renovate, and remodel them themselves, so sometimes it’s the photos that need a refresh. The Slovenian coast has been our home for 38 years, and Izola is our city. When you visit, feel free to ask anything that interests you—we’ll be happy to tell you where to buy local olive oil, where the playgrounds are, the best fish market or butcher shop, where the Parenzana trail runs, or the shortcut to the wild beach below the Strunjan cliffs. In 2005, when we became parents ourselves, we discovered the Italian coast during our autumn post-season wanderings—Lignano and its surroundings, Caorle, and Bibione. These are places we recommend to everyone, especially families looking for miles of sandy beaches for building sandcastles, numerous walking and cycling trails, theme parks for children (ages 2–8), a wonderful, stroller-friendly zoo, and plenty of entertainment for everyone. On Mondays, there is a large mobile market there. These places are close by, yet so different, and easily accessible via the highway.
